MGR, RETAIL E-COMMERCE

This position is responsible for independently managing retail's online store by driving the sales performance of Hershey Entertainment and Resort's retail e-commerce site.

Job Functions (Items marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this position):

• Manage e-commerce platform and sku management by creating new items within the site and providing photos, descriptions, and inventory quantities. Select products by working with the buying team and leadership to identify items to be sold online.*
• Provide analysis and reporting on metrics including weekly/monthly sales. Collaborate with key partners to manage and execute product assortment and promotional campaigns by providing customer shopping trends to support selection and offerings, identify gaps, and provide recommendations to leadership team.*
• Fulfill orders through the packaging and sending out of merchandise, making sure to meet and exceed standards set by organization.*
• Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues and complaints.*
• Assist Hershey Entertainment Complex Retail and Games team with operational needs throughout the year, including inventory management, data entry, and stocking retail locations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience – E-commerce
• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
• Proficient working with details on a daily basis for prolonged periods of time.
• Solid understanding of how e-commerce relates to retail products
• Must have a valid Driver's License
• Bachelor's degree – Business Administration, E-commerce, Retail Management
• Associate's degree – Business Administration, E-commerce, Retail Management
• Relevant work experience can be substituted for education – 4 years
