School Psychologist Hiring Now | Whitesburg, GA

Soliant Staffing is a leading provider of educational staffing solutions, dedicated to connecting skilled professionals with schools nationwide. We are excited to expand our team with a passionate and qualified School Psychologist for the upcoming 2023-2024 school year in the state of Georgia.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify students' strengths, challenges, and needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop and implement individualized plans to support students' academic and personal growth.
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention services to students as needed.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress, interventions, and recommendations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of school-wide programs that enhance students' social and emotional development.
- Stay current with best practices in school psychology and relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
- Active Georgia School Psychologist certification or eligibility for certification.
- Previous experience working with K-12 students in a school setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with students, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to conduct psychological assessments and interpret results to inform intervention strategies.
- Empathy, compassion, and a commitment to fostering a positive school environment.
