Job Description: Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and qualified Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team near the Westbridge, GA area for the 2023-2024 school year. This contracted position involves providing behavior analysis services and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) while working with a behavioral instructional coach. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with behavioral challenges and promoting positive learning environments.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
- Provide behavioral consultation and support to teachers, parents, and school staff.
- Supervise and support a team of 5 RBTs in implementing behavior intervention plans.
- Collaborate with the behavioral instructional coach to implement evidence-based practices.
- Monitor and evaluate students' progress, making necessary adjustments to intervention plans.
- Comply with state and federal regulations pertaining to behavior analysis services.
Requirements:
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Experience in providing behavior analysis services in a school or educational setting.
- Ability to supervise and support a team of RBTs.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
