Job Description: Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and qualified Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team near the Westbridge, GA area for the 2023-2024 school year. This contracted position involves providing behavior analysis services and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) while working with a behavioral instructional coach. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with behavioral challenges and promoting positive learning environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
  • Provide behavioral consultation and support to teachers, parents, and school staff.
  • Supervise and support a team of 5 RBTs in implementing behavior intervention plans.
  • Collaborate with the behavioral instructional coach to implement evidence-based practices.
  • Monitor and evaluate students' progress, making necessary adjustments to intervention plans.
  • ply with state and federal regulations pertaining to behavior analysis services.

Requirements:

  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Experience in providing behavior analysis services in a school or educational setting.
  • Ability to supervise and support a team of RBTs.
  • Strong munication and collaboration skills.

Details:

  • This is a contracted position for the 2023-2024 school year.
  • The position is part-time, with a possibility of being full-time.
  • The caseload involves supervising and supporting 5 RBTs while working with a behavioral instructional coach.
