Position Details:

• Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities: As an SLP in our district, you will play a vital role in identifying and treating communication disorders among our diverse student population. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on student needs
• Providing direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and monitor students' progress
• Participating in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and providing input on goals and accommodations

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Valid state license to practice as an SLP in Florida
• Preferred Certification: ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) for experienced candidates
• Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates will be considered
