Ralphs, part of the Kroger Family of Companies, is hiring part-time CDL A Local Delivery Drivers in Compton, CA to deliver products to Ralphs stores safely and efficiently. This is a union position. Compensation

• Top Hourly Rate: $31.675/hr
  • This is a part-time position. 40-hours per week are being offered currently but not guaranteed. Hours may decrease and will be chosen based on seniority.

Home Time, Route and Schedule

• Home Daily
• Days of week: can vary and will include, nights, holidays, and weekends, depending on bid schedule
  • New drivers will start on graveyard shift
• Shift: Based on seniority
• Route: 200-550 miles

 Equipment

• 53' Trailers
• 10-speed manual- 1 year experience with 10-speed required

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have CDL A license and medical card, Registered with FMCSA Clearinghouse
• Must have a minimum of 1-year verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
  • 1 year experience with 10-speed required
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
• Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
• Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 50 miles of Compton, CA or be willing to relocate for this position
