Job Details
- Lead and oversee manufacturing operations in our facility, ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality production of desserts, dips, and specialty products.
- Establish and monitor organizational goals to optimize performance efficiency and meet objectives.
- Maintain a positive and safe work environment while adhering to quality assurance protocols.
- Plan, schedule, and organize production activities across shifts, providing clear communication and compliance with standards.
- Manage sanitation and drive line efficiency improvements through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Maintenance for unplanned downtime resolution and asset reliability.
- Control resources to optimize profitability while meeting client expectations.
- Support product quality management and ensure compliance with quality and sanitation standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, manufacturing, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in manufacturing management within food, beverage, or related industries.
- Bilingual English-Spanish proficiency required.
- Demonstrated experience in lean tools and methods for operational improvement.
