Electronic Health Record (EHR) Administrator Job Description

Unique opportunity to join Maryhaven, Central Ohio’s largest and most comprehensive behavioral services provider specializing in addiction recovery. The Electronic Health Record (EHR) Administrator will partner with Quality Assurance, Billing, and IT teams to manage use of the EHR system; focusing on the clinical processes and interfaces of the system. Will provide training to new and existing staff on use of the system while looking for opportunities to optimize and standardize related processes. The EHR Administrator will be responsible for agency's reporting and data analysis needs, including preparing reports for internal and external stakeholders, coordinating the Health Record Review (HRR) process, and monitoring compliance with outcomes requirements.

Electronic Health Record (EHR) Administrator Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, behavioral health, or a related field.
  • Experience in business analysis, healthcare quality management, performance improvement, and/or data outcomes measurement.
  • Knowledge of and experience with electronic health record and health information management applications preferred.
