Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Windham, NH

Location: Windham, NH
Position Type: Full-Time
Contract Duration: August 2023 to June 2024
Caseload: Middle or High School

Are you a dedicated and qualified Speech Language Pathologist ready to support students' communication needs? We have an exciting opportunity for you in Windham, NH for the upcoming school year!

Responsibilities:
As a SLP, you will play a crucial role in helping middle or high school students develop their communication skills. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing direct speech language therapy services to students individually and in group settings.
  • Collaborating with the Individualized Education Program (IEP) team to contribute to the development and implementation of students' IEPs.
  • Conducting evaluations and assessments to determine students' speech and language abilities.
  • Writing comprehensive evaluation reports and maintaining accurate documentation of services provided.
  • Providing consultation and support to teachers, parents, and the advisory team to enhance students' academic and social success.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field.
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in New Hampshire.
  • Previous experience or a strong interest in working with middle or high school students.
