Dining Room Supervisor

The Dining Room Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that servers are trained and follow through in providing excellent hospitality to senior adults. Wonderful team in an excellent environment. Fulltime benefits include 401k, paid time off, medical/dental.

Required qualifications:

• 18 years or older
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Background check
• Speaks English
• Reads English
• 1+ year of experience in the food & restaurant industry
• At least high school diploma or equivalent or higher
• Restaurant front of house skills: front counter
• Restaurant front of house skills: hosting
• Restaurant front of house skills: serving in fast casual
• Management skills: resolving customer complaints
• Management skills: managing employee conflicts
• 2-3 years of total work experience
• Comfortable handling customer complaints
• Able to stand for duration of shift
• Able to comfortably lift 20 lbs
• Willing to wear face mask

Preferred qualifications:
