Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are seeking an RN Nurse to join our team! You will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of assigned patients.
Responsibilities:
- Triage Outpatient patients
- Perform clinical assessment within his/her approved competence
- Administer medication as ordered by the medical director/ program physician
- Maintain accurate record of all medications received and dispensed
- Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention
- Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
- Maintain accurate patient medical records
- Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members
- Manage medication administration
- Supervise LPN nurses.
Qualifications:
Unrestricted RN or LPN license in Ohio
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
