We are seeking a motivated and upbeat candidate with verifiable medical receptionist experience, where the gift of gab and phenomenal interpersonal communications skills will set you apart and help you build lasting, worthwhile relationships and an exciting career in the medical field.

Shift Details:

  • Monday-Friday, 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.

  • 2 office locations.

  • Pay: $ 11.00 - $13.00

The candidate selected as our new Receptionist will be providing administrative support for a healthcare orthopedics company providing an inclusive and collaborative work environment where you will feel a strong sense of belonging. Essential functions will include but are not limited to happily, greeting and helping customers in person or over the phone, maintaining inventory levels through supply checks, and maintenance repairs. You will also be tasked with scheduling appointments for patients, assisting other departments, and completing accurate documentation.

The ideal candidate will be capable of effectively communicating with customers and team members. We ask that talent applying for this position possess a bachelor's degree, administration certification, and 2 years of experience at a healthcare facility as a medical recpetionist.
