3. **Sales Growth:** Develop and execute strategies to drive sales, increase customer traffic, and achieve revenue targets for each store in your district.

4. **Financial Management:** Manage and analyze financial performance, budgets, and expenses to optimize profitability while maintaining high-quality standards.

5. **Training and Development:** Provide training and support to Store Managers and their teams to enhance product knowledge, customer service skills, and overall performance.

6. **Quality Assurance:** Maintain Dunkin' quality standards for products and service across all locations, ensuring consistent and exceptional customer experiences.

7. **Inventory and Supply Chain Management:** Oversee inventory levels, supply orders, and distribution to ensure product availability and minimize waste.

8. **Compliance:** Ensure all stores comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as Dunkin' franchise requirements.

9. **Customer Engagement:** Foster strong relationships with customers, gather feedback, and implement initiatives to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in multi-unit management within the quick-service restaurant (QSR) industry.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Financial acumen and budget management experience.
- A passion for Dunkin' and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to travel within the district as needed.
