Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - St Joseph, MN - Full-time / Part-time

Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our school team. In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and provide therapy to students with munication disorders. Your expertise will support students in overing speech and language challenges, promoting academic and social success. Collaboration with teachers, parents, and educational professionals is crucial to address students' munication needs within the school setting.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students with speech, language, and munication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with students' IEP goals and curriculum.
• Provide therapy sessions focusing on speech production, language skills, articulation, fluency, and social munication.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and professionals to integrate munication goals into the educational program.
• Monitor progress, document therapy sessions, and prepare prehensive reports.
• Educate and support teachers, parents, and students on strategies to enhance munication skills in school.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• State licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Experience working with children or adolescents with munication disorders.
• Knowledge of assessment and intervention techniques for speech and language disorders.
• Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop individualized therapy plans and collaborate effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills for documentation and reporting.
