Robert Half is seeking multiple HVAC Customer Service Coordinators for a client in the Austintown, OH area. This is a full time, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm shift, contract-to-hire.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day activity of the Service Division by coordinating and scheduling the activities of skilled trades, custodial, and grounds workers who are engaged in maintaining and repairing equipment, buildings, and other structures. Must possess prior office experience and the ability to navigate multiple computer systems.

Details include:

- SHIFT - Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

- Manage Work Orders

- Serve as main point of contact for clients by delivering exceptional customer service

- Utilize Microsoft TEAMS, Outlook, Excel, and Word

- Type and document service calls in multiple software systems

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Fast learner, go-getter attitude, high level of performance

- 2+ years' experience of proven performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment desired

- Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers

- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

- Customer Account experience highly preferred

- Computer Aided Dispatch experience

- Practical knowledge of Assist Customers

- General familiarity with Job Scheduling

- Foundational knowledge in Microsoft Office Products

- Adeptness in Microsoft Excel

- Microsoft Word experience

- Dispatching experience desired

- Demonstrated knowledge of Work Orders

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs

- Excellent customer service and office administrative skills

- Proven experience going the extra mile to solve complex customer inquiries via extensive research

- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience using Microsoft Office

- Enthusiastic attitude and an engaging businesslike approach

- Strong computer skills including customer database systems
