Shift: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Contract to Hire
Pay rate: $20/hr
Summary:
Under the supervision of the Supervisor /Senior Manager of the QCA team performs tasks and duties related to the responsibilities of the Quality Control Analytical (QCA) Department. Other primary attributes will include establishing and maintaining excellent communication links with internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
· Keep the Laboratory inventory up to date according to tests assigned by Manager.
· Monitor the expiration date of the reagents used in QC Lab stored at room temperature, refrigerated, and frozen.
· Prepare Bill of Materials for the supplies to be billed to the client per each project
· Request supplies from Materials Management using NetSuite
· Perform equipment calibration or verification according to written procedures.
· Assist in Raw materials creation and/or revisions.
· Assist in executing all pertinent QC Lab activities including solutions preparation, cleaning of glassware, refrigerators cleaning, and lab organization
· Assist in shipping of the samples to clients or Contract Testing Organization
· Assist in performing pH, Osmolality, Appearance tests, when required

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or related
- +1 year of GMP/GLP FDA regulated environment experience.
- Familiar with aseptic technique
