Kelly Services is currently seeking a Project Analyst  to work for one of our top clients that is located in Jacksonville, FL.

 

This is a 12 month contract that includes full benefits.  Position is hybrid, candidate would need to be onsite Tuesday-Thursday.  

Must have experience with 2 of the 3 following skills: Tableau, SAP or Salesforce.

 

As an Associate Project Analyst you will be responsible for assisting in the development and management of the overall Customer Loyalty System for the Americas Region of customers that qualify for the Customer Loyalty Program. This position will entail supporting the Sales Representatives that are working with qualified customers/clients. You will learn and understand the Loyalty Program, how customers qualify, and how to properly document and log each customer rebate through the Loyalty system. You will also be the point of contact for troubleshooting issues with the systems, so having a basic understanding of Salesforce, SAP, and Tableau will be beneficial. This role will also have the responsibility to manage smaller analytical and ad hoc projects within the U.S. team and collaborate with departments across the region to understand, address and present solutions to issues.

Responsibilities

  • Learning and understanding the intricacies of the Customer Loyalty Program, the legalities of proper documentation, and the entire workflow for sales representatives to log for their customers
  • Partner with sales leadership and representatives to document what customers are onboarded through the loyalty program, and those that need to be on boarded
  • Working with Customers to set them up through the Loyalty Program by coaching them through the onboarding process, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Working with internal business partners to identify process or workflow inefficiencies
  • Educate and coach sales personnel when Sakes Rep action is required to resolve issues
  • Ensure proactive communication with the field with respect to deliverables and/or call-outs to process, performance or other related items
  • Initiate and monitor Sales Inquiry where system access is denied, maintaining communication with Sales personnel and leadership throughout
  • This is a highly collaborative position that requires strategic and analytical thinking as well as the ability to clearly communicate complex issues and solutions while providing exceptional customer service

 

Qualifications

 

  • Must have advanced organization skills
  • Strong communication and customer service experience
  • Basic Understanding of Python or SQL ideal
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working with the at least 2-3 of the following systems: Salesforce, SAS, SAP, Tableau
  • At least 2 years of related Project Analyst experience
