Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Full-time / Part-time

Soliant Health is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work in a school district located in Annandale, MN for the 23-24 school year. This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, and the SLP will work onsite at the school.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in the PreK-5 caseload
• Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students' communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other team members to support students' communication skills in the academic setting
• Monitor student progress and make adjustments to therapy plans as necessary
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active Minnesota SLP license or eligible for licensure
• ASHA (American Speech-Language-Hearing Association) certification is preferred
• Previous experience working with pediatric populations, particularly in a school setting, is desired but not required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
