What the Position is About:
- Manage a team of 15+ sales reps
- Recruit, train, and motivate the sales roster
- Conduct check-ins and ride-alongs with the sales team
- Assign appointments to sales reps daily
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and customer base
- Monitor sales metrics and performance, and provide regular feedback to the sales team
- Lead weekly sales meetings
The Right Candidate Will Have:
- Proven in-home sales experience within the home improvement industry is desired
- Sales management experience
- Tech savvy with different software and social media applications
- Track record of successfully recruiting, training, and retaining personnel
