- Black Diamond Fleet Receive $0.07 CPM increase after 60 days (restrictions apply)
- Newly Hired Company Drivers Earn $0.48 CPM plus additional $0.03 CPM for oversized loads.

- Company drivers must have 6 months of a tractor-trailer in the last 3 years OR 1 year in the last 5 years.
- Students Must have graduated from an approved truck driving school.
