About the group:

Cognizant’s Cloud, Infrastructure, and Security Services Practice (CIS), is all about accepting digital transformation by driving core modernization holistically across layers. We help customers transform infrastructure and workplace to meet the rapidly evolving needs of the digital era. Our broad approach delivers key results for our customers by achieving cloud driven modernization and workplace and operational transformation to run the business in a secure environment.

Role Responsibilities:

·       Incident resolution via phone, service desk tools or direct desk side engagement with the customer.

·       Overall understanding of desktop services and the supporting infrastructure

·       Must have knowledge in Imaging and OSD.

·       Sound knowledge in PowerShell and SCCM. Should have very good knowledge in application packaging.

·       Knowledge of Software Installation / Upgrade / Rollouts

·       Troubleshooting the Hardware and Software problems

·       Should have knowledge on SEP / Remote Tools

·       Basic troubleshooting experience needed along with knowledge on Operating Systems

Required Qualifications:

  • Desk Side support / Field Service Experience
  • Windows and MAC OS skills
  • Print Management
  • Walk up Service Desk Experience at Client sites with excellent Customer facing skills
  • Healthcare experience is a plus

Hourly rate and other compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is between $33.00–$38.00 per hour, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
