I.T. Customer Support Technician

Farm Credit of Northwest Florida, with offices throughout the Florida Panhandle, is seeking an individual who is highly motivated and a self-starter for the Association's I.T. Customer Support Technician. This position will be located in the Marianna office and is responsible for maintaining computer hardware and working with third party vendors to ensure system applications run at optimal levels, monitoring network infrastructure operations, and annual Business Continuity planning and testing. This position will be primarily responsible for physical building security of the Association's five offices as well as I.T. security of all systems, implementing Information Technology policies, procedures and training for staff and assisting with Cybersecurity risk assessments and audits. The ideal candidate will have a degree and/or experience equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. The salary range for the position is $52,300 to $64,400 and up to 9% employer contribution to your 401K as part of a full benefits package. Proficient in English and bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
