Job Description:
As a Client Success Representative, you will be a vital part of our team, responsible for guiding medium and large home inspection clients through the on boarding process for our mission-critical back-office system. You will work closely with clients, ensuring their successful adoption of our solutions while providing exceptional service and support. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team in a complex, multi-week on boarding process.

Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end on boarding for new clients, including orientation, software configuration, account setup, and training.
Implement and execute policies and standard procedures to ensure a high-quality experience for clients.
Capture, analyze, and act on customer feedback to improve our services.
Identify and recommend technology, equipment, and policy enhancements to enhance customer service and retention.
Share valuable content, including communication templates, training materials, and video tutorials.
Build strong relationships with high-value clients and actively resolve complex issues.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Strong sales acumen and persuasive abilities.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills.
Proficiency in communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to learn complex systems and products quickly.
Comfort with technical concepts and software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Hubspot is a plus
Education and Experience:
Minimum of five years of experience in client success, training, or sales.
Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus; familiarity with the home inspection industry is even more beneficial.
A successful track record of working in both small and large organizations is preferred.
