Minimum 1+ years special education experience required.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique strengths and challenges.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create a supportive and inclusive classroom experience.
- Utilize evidence-based teaching strategies to promote academic and social growth.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of student progress and IEP goals.
- Foster positive communication with parents, guardians, and caregivers to provide insights into students' development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
- Valid teaching certification in Special Education.
- Prior experience working with students with diverse learning abilities.
- Knowledge of best practices in Early Childhood Education and SPED methodologies.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
