Schedule: 3 days a week, 18 hours
Caseload: Preschool
Duration: August 29, 2023 - June 10, 2024

Job Description: We are excited to announce a part-time opportunity for a skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Dudley, MA. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in supporting the behavioral and developmental needs of preschool students. This position offers a unique chance to make a positive impact on the lives of young learners and collaborate with educators and families.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify students' behavioral needs and develop appropriate intervention plans
  • Provide direct behavior analysis services to students, including individual and group sessions
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to implement effective behavioral strategies
  • Monitor and track students' progress and adjust intervention plans as needed
  • Offer training and support to classroom staff and parents in implementing behavior management techniques
  • Ensure pliance with relevant regulations and ethical standards in behavior analysis

Qualifications:

  • Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Experience working with preschool-age students is advantageous
  • Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
  • Effective munication skills for collaboration with school staff and families
  • Empathetic and patient approach to working with students with diverse needs
  • Ability to develop and implement prehensive behavior intervention plans
