Job Description
Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Youngstown, Ohio
Employment Type: Full-time
Contract: ProCare Therapy for the 23-24 school year
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Youngstown, OH. As an SLP, you will provide comprehensive speech and language services to students from K-12th grade, helping them improve their communication skills and overcome speech-related challenges. This is a full-time position with a contract through ProCare Therapy.
Responsibilities:
-Conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities
-Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
-Provide direct therapy services to students individually or in small groups
-Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication needs
-Monitor students' progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
-Maintain accurate documentation of student evaluations, progress, and interventions
Qualifications:
-Holds Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA (American Speech-Language-Hearing Association)
-LicensedSLP in the state of Ohio
-OH teaching certification
