 Shift: 8- 4:30pm M-F
Pay rate: $22/hr

 
Responsibilities:
• Prepares new/revised/retired/directed(minus) change documents, SOPs, and forms for submission into the documentation processes, ensuring their compliance to ISO and GMP regulations.
• Support the R&D team in creating new document numbers that are related to the Research & Development folder (not a global document).
• Collaborates with document owners to edit and make modifications to documents under their guidance.
• Performs regular audits of documents, ensuring their accuracy.
• Participates in internal audit preparation/support activities.
• Coordinates the lab coat program within R&D.
• Supports the quality department in capturing data, including wet signatures annually.
• Assists pilot line operations as necessary, including visual inspection, packaging, sterilization, PPAI, and Quarantine.
 
 
Qualifications:
• Minimum of two-year clerical/technical education beyond high school, along with experience in document management.
• Must have thorough knowledge and understanding of administrative principles and concepts.
• Proficiency in MS Office software.
