Collaborates with multidisciplinary team members to provide the very best care for patients in our facilities.
The Nurse Extern role is designed to provide expanded clinical experience for professional nursing students and to assist the Registered Nursing Staff by performing patient care activities, which includes participating in patient care planning, implementation, observation, and evaluation, as well as reporting significant observations to Registered Nurses.
Required: Currently enrolled in an accredited RN program, and upon completion of first clinical rotation.
