What you will do as a Production Operator:
- Operate molding equipment, power tools, and specialized instruments used to trim plastic products
- Place and fill molds with plastic product
- Remove the completed plastic component from the mold for trimming
- Trim component
- Assemble quality final finished product
- Operate work equipment, power tools, and specialized instruments used in plant operations
- Maintain cleanliness and general appearance of facilities and surrounding work area
- Meet and exceed product quality for finished products
What you need to be a Production Operator:
- Ability to do heavy lifting and work in cramped quarters
- Ability to read and understand manuals and written or verbal directions
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
