Sales Representatives

Solcium Solar is looking for goal-driven individuals to join our award-winning team of renewable energy experts. Our Outreach team is the face of the brand within the community, and has an incredible opportunity to advance into more senior sales roles over time, or work their way into leadership roles in lead generation. The mission of an Outreach Representative is to build rapport with potential customers to secure appointments for qualified homeowners.

Essential Functions

  • Familiarize yourself with the basics of the benefits of solar, including the savings, tax incentives, integration with roof and electrical work, and different financial products that homeowners can benefit from
  • Find interested and qualified homeowners and sites for potential solar projects
  • Set and confirm appointments for our sales consultants to conduct an educational solar consultation with the homeowner
  • Build the foundation of trust with the homeowners
  • Provide up to date information around solar and value to customers by helping them understand that there is a better option for their home energy solutions


Job Requirements

  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable transportation to travel to and from the office & territory
  • Ability to create a flexible work schedule
  • Self-driven to meet personal and team goals
