Job Title: School Occupational Therapist (OT)
Location:Leonardtown, MD and Surrounding Areas

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students' fine motor, sensory, and developmental needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and goals based on evaluation results.
- Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to implement strategies that support students' progress.
- Utilize adaptive equipment and assistive technology to enhance students' participation in classroom activities.
- Monitor and document students' progress and adjust therapy strategies as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Maryland.
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong knowledge of pediatric conditions and treatment approaches.
