The Woodlands at Canterfield, a brand new Assisted Living and Memory Support community located in West Dundee, Illinois is looking for a highly motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
As an LPN, you will:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents
- Supervise and coordinate the activities performed by the Nursing Assistants to ensure high degree of quality care is maintained
- Responsible for admission, transfer and discharge of residents
- Keep physician and or other health care professionals informed of change in resident conditions
- Supervise Nursing Assistants, may supervise other nurses
- Build positive relationships with residents, associates and co-workers
We are currently looking for LPN's (Licensed Practical Nurse) to join our team! To qualify you need a:
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program
- LPN license in Illinois
- CPR
- Recent clinical experience, education, and specialty skills specific to geriatrics
- Must enjoy working with the senior population
- Professional with exceptional interpersonal skills
