Experience:

• 36 months of Operating Room experience is required.

• 3 months of travel experience is preferred.

• 3 months of experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license prior to placement start.

• Travel and Local candidates are eligible to apply for this role.

• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Declinations not accepted.

Additional Details:

The Vascular/Main OR Hybrid RN-when Vascular cases are running, the travel team member will support the vascular team. When there are no vascular cases, this team member will assist with Main OR cases.

This role requires competence in Vascular Surgery (including endovascular), as well as competence in Main OR cases, including Neuro and Ortho experience.

Call consists of every 3rd weekend coverage (7a Saturday to 7a Monday) for Vascular Surgery.

Weekday Vascular call is based upon a rotation which will be explained during the interview.

This role is required to take Vascular Call, but Main OR call can be taken as well if desired. Based upon department need and potential changes in staffing, the call volume could increase.

All call requires a 30-minute response time.

Possible Holiday call rotation may be required if a holiday falls within the RN’s contract. This rotation is based on current patient census and staffing, so some variability could be possible to this rotation if census/staffing experiences a significant change.
