The Clinical Team Lead provides clinical direction to the treatment team, coordinates admissions and discharges to the treatment team, oversees the coordination and limited accountability of clinical billing standards of the team, and provides appropriate treatment for the specified children, adolescents, and their parent's guardians under therapist care. Treatment is provided by individual sessions, family sessions, family contact, legal contact, and school contact when necessary. The direction of treatment and the extent of the contacts will be determined by this team lead and discussed with the treatment team. The therapist is to use their clinical individuality but must work effectively with the entire team, empowering and directing the team members.

Education
Master's Degree

Experience
Three years of related experience. Requires working knowledge of specialized practices, equipment, and procedures.

Licenses & Certifications
*Licensed Clinical Social Worker
*Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
*Licensed Professional Counselor

Qualifications
*Must have at least 3 years of child and adolescent treatment experience.
*Master's Degree in Psychology or related field.
*Must be licensed by the state of Georgia as an independent and full practitioner of counseling, family therapy, or social work (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
*Ability to concentrate on tasks and meet deadlines.
*Ability to confidentially maintain all information.
*Basic data entry skills preferred, including experience using a computer.
*Basic knowledge of and skills in applying principles of abnormal psychology and mental health problems.
*College level of reading and comprehension, writing, and mathematical skills.
*Familiarity with psychological, sociological, and medical terminology.
*Organization and time management skills.
*Skills in analyzing and evaluating information, problem-solving skills, excellent oral communication skills, and legible handwriting.
