**Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Opening Immediate Start**

**Location:** Niles, OH

**Position Overview:**
We're actively searching for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. This role offers an opportunity to work within a PreK setting, providing essential services to our young learners.

**Position Details:**
- **Role:** Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
- **Duration:** From ASAP 8/11 to early June.
- **Availability:** 1 position open.
- **Setting:** 1 school building.
- **Service Mode:** Primarily onsite. However, there's a possibility for remote work.

**Weekly Commitment:**
- **Hours:** 37.5 hours/week.
- **Days:** 5 days/week.

**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Evaluate speech and language skills of PreK students.
2. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in alignment with IEP goals.
3. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure comprehensive care.
4. Maintain up-to-date documentation of student progress.
5. Attend relevant meetings and provide feedback on student progress.

**Qualifications:**
- Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Must possess OH SLP and Teaching License.
- Previous school-based experience is a plus but not mandatory.
