Position Information
Under general supervision of the Financial Operations Manager (FOM), provide pre-award and post-award administration and support to Faculty, Researchers, Staff, and students within the Department of Physics & Astronomy. Maintain fiscal integrity for all funds and accounts and ensure all funds are in an auditable/reportable condition. Assist with fiscal close activities.
The full salary range for the RSCH ADM 1 CX is $23.95 - $40.57 per hour. However, the expected pay scale for this position is $23.95 - $27.29 per hour. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.
Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff.
As a university employee, you will be required to comply with all applicable University policies and/or collective bargaining agreements, as may be amended from time to time. Federal, state, or local government directives may impose additional requirements.

Proficiency working with computer and information management systems.
Ability to learn and develop understanding of applicable federal, state, local, sponsor and institutional regulations, policies, and guidelines.
Organization and communication skills and customer service focus
