Who You'll Impact
As an Experienced Real Estate Agent, you will have the opportunity to make a huge impact on the lives of your clients. You will be responsible for helping your clients make some of the most important decisions of their lives by providing them with the necessary resources and guidance. You will be their go-to source of information throughout the entire home buying or selling process, and you will have the chance to be a part of their joy as they transition into their new home.

Goals You'll Strive Towards
As an Experienced Real Estate Agent, your primary goal will be to help your clients find their dream home or successfully sell their existing home. • Show homes to prospective buyers and negotiate the best price and terms for each transaction
  • Follow up with clients after each transaction to ensure their satisfaction
  • Establish and maintain a network of contacts, such as lenders, home inspectors, and contractors
  • Respond to inquiries from potential buyers and sellers in a timely and professional manner

Core Competencies You'll Need

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

What Does Success Look Like
Success as an Experienced Real Estate Agent looks like providing your clients with the best home buying and selling experience possible. It looks like building a strong network of clients, referrals, and a positive reputation in the real estate industry. It looks like helping your clients achieve their goals and make their dreams of owning or selling a home a reality.

How You'll Know if You're Not Cut Out for Real Estate
If you're not comfortable working independently and lack the motivation to build relationships and establish a network of clients, then real estate is likely not the career for you. Additionally, if you don't have the communication and organizational skills required to effectively manage transactions and provide exceptional customer service, then real estate may not be the career path you should pursue.
