• The selling of fuel cards to fleets of five and above. These can be businesses, municipalities, trucking companies and more.

• Maintaining current accounts and providing service between customer and provider.

• Update database and team with customer feedback, preferences, and other information to help inform organization on needs and trends.




• Entrepreneurial Orientation – Ability to take initiative, to recognize and create opportunities.

• Flexibility & Adaptability – Ability to support organizational changes needed to improve effectiveness and help others to successfully manage change.

• Business Acumen – Knowledge of business operations, functions, and industry.

• Communication – Strong written/verbal communication skills; interpret, summarize and articulate complex information for general use among a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

• Initiative – Ability to identify what needs to be done and do it before the situation requires it.

• Consultation – Practice excellent listening skills and provide advice, counsel, and guidance to organizational business partners/stakeholders.

• High school diploma or GED

• 3+ years of experience in consultative sales.

• Specialized knowledge of related industries.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Comfort with ERP Systems. Experience using CRM (Microsoft Dynamics, preferred).
