Responsibilities - Sales Manager:


  • Hire, train, and assist the sales team in closing deals
  • Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve revenue targets
  • Monitor/manage the sales team's progress and performance
  • Engage with customers to build a base of referrals and repeat business
  • Help manage all aspects of the sales department and inventory lot
  • Create an annual forecast and budget for the new car department
  • Understand dealership operations including all aspects of sales and finance

Qualifications – Sales Manager:


  • Automotive Sales experience required
  • Auto Sales Management experience is a plus but not required!
  • An energetic and outgoing 'people person' who is motivated to succeed
  • Good customer service, communication, and computer skills
  • A positive, upbeat attitude and good work ethic
  • Professional appearance and thrives in a fast-paced team environment
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
