This temp-to-hire works the 1st Shift, 6 AM-6:30 PM, Monday-Saturday, with opportunities for overtime, and pays $11.94 per hour.

As a Warehouse Shipping Associate, you will have the important job of handling various tasks such as preparing items for painting, packing finished goods, and arranging their transportation. You will be responsible for receiving raw materials, freight, and semi-finished goods from vendors and moving them to their designated areas. You will keep track of inventory, follow production schedules, and make sure that everything runs smoothly. Additionally, you will need to maintain a clean and safe work environment while being able to accurately monitor the amount of stock on hand.

Requirements of the Warehouse Shipping Associate include bringing previous experience in a warehouse/shipping and receiving role; however, we will train the best, most reliable fit for this position. Mechanical aptitude is helpful, but training will be provided on various tools and material-moving equipment. Complete all company and department-specific training. Having excellent computer skills and proficiency in using multiple software applications like Microsoft Office and ERP is helpful. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are appreciated. Tasks involving lifting up to 50 lbs. may occur occasionally.
