We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Tool & Die Maker to join our dynamic team. This position plays a crucial role in our manufacturing process, as you will be responsible for the design, creation, and repair of a variety of tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures. Our ideal candidate is a problem solver who enjoys working with their hands and has a keen eye for detail. This is a permanent, full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.


1. Design and build tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures according to specifications.
2. Analyze blueprints, sketches, models, or specifications to plan sequences of operations for fabricating tools, dies, or assemblies.
3. Set up and operate conventional or computer numerically controlled machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, or grinders to cut, bore, grind, or otherwise shape parts to prescribed dimensions and finishes.
4. Verify dimensions, alignments, and clearances of finished parts for conformance to specifications, using measuring instruments such as calipers, gauge blocks, micrometers, and dial indicators.
5. Inspect finished dies for smoothness, contour conformity, and defects.
6. Repair and modify tools and dies, jigs, and fixtures as needed.
7. Conduct test runs with completed tools or dies to ensure that parts meet specifications, making adjustments as necessary.
8. Develop and design new tools and dies, jigs, and fixtures for use in manufacturing processes.
9. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all company protocols and safety standards.


1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in tool and die making, mold making, or a related field.
2. Proficient in the use of precision measuring tools and machinery such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders.
3. Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and drawings.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
5. Strong understanding of metal properties and machining techniques.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Physical stamina and strength to lift and move heavy items.
9. High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certification or training in tool and die making or a related field is a plus.
