About the Role As an intervention specialist at ProCare Therapy, you will play a crucial role in helping children with disabilities achieve their developmental goals. You will work closely with our team of therapists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, provide direct therapy services to children, and collaborate with families to ensure that each child receives the support they need to thrive.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify children's developmental needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are tailored to each child's unique needs
  • Provide direct therapy services to children in a supportive and engaging environment
  • Track progress,document observations,and make recommendations to therapists
  • Collaborate with families to set goals,provide support,and ensure continuity of care
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in intervention therapy

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in special education,early childhood education,or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in special education,early childhood education,or a related field with 3+ years of experience
  • Special Education license or Sub license Required
  • Strong knowledge of child development and developmental disabilities
  • Experience working with children with a variety of disabilities
  • Excellent communication,interpersonal,and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to providing exceptional care to children with disabilities
