Job Description:

As a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) at Soliant, you will play a vital role in supporting our licensed Speech-Language Pathologists in providing high-quality speech and language therapy services to our clients. This is a full-time position that requires working onsite in Flemingsburg, Kentucky.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) in implementing therapy plans.
  • Work one-on-one or in small groups with clients to facilitate speech and language development.
  • Prepare therapy materials and maintain therapy spaces.
  • Document client progress and assist with data collection.
  • Collaborate with SLPs to develop individualized therapy plans.
  • Provide feedback and updates to SLPs regarding client performance.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program.
  • SLPA licensure or certification in the state of Kentucky (or willingness to obtain).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassion and dedication to helping clients achieve their speech and language goals.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
