Oversee and lead Medline's sales efforts for Centurion Medical Products to our acute care customer market within the assigned region.

Responsibilities include:
  • Establish and deliver sales through consistent calls and a regularly scheduled itinerary within assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain relationships with OneMedline sales teams and corporate Sterile Processing Department customers.
  • Develop and maintain consultative sales relationships with all key customers within the region.
  • Become knowledgeable of all phases of the customer's business and with the support of all Medline Sales teams, Specialists, and Product Divisions, establish and lead the implementation of strategies to introduce and implement Medline programs and/or products that best support the customer's needs.
  • Responsible for implementing a strategic business plan that provides shared value to both Medline and the customer which will lead to the attainment of long-term sales targets and sustainable growth.
  • Coach and train existing CMP Sales Reps within geography to maximize their sales growth and potential.
  • Present SPD capabilities to key customers.
  • Attend and support Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA) local chapter within region.
  • Respond to and implement changes for new business that impact the customer.

Relevant Work Experience:
  • At least 5 years sales experience, preferably within the acute care market.
  • Experience in full cycle sales environment.
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships within a team.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing people, including hiring, developing, motivating and directing people as they work.
  • Proficient in CRM software.
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships within a team.
  • Intermediate level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint (for example: applying a theme, formatting character spacing, inserting a picture, changing slide layout and theme colors, adding transitions, customizing slide numbers, changing chart style and/or formatting font).
  • Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word (for example: inserting headers, page breaks, page numbers and tables and/or adjusting table columns).
  • Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using SUM function, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers and/or print scaling).
The anticipated salary range for this position is $120,000-130,000 annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
