About this job

Terpene Belt Farms is seeking a B2B Marketing Manager with a focus on demand generation and expertise in HubSpot. This person will work closely with the existing marketing team (designers, senior marketer, CRO) to maintain demand generation for our product within the cannabis sector as we expand the business. This role will be crucial in managing email marketing campaigns (e.g., referral program, product updates, downloadable content) using our brand's voice. This role will also include assisting with event activation, organization and planning. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage HubSpot to develop, deploy, and optimize marketing campaigns, including email, landing pages and social media. 
  • Manage HubSpot targeting lists and workflows
  • Collaborate with commercial team to ensure campaign alignment with sales efforts
  • Maintain a content calendar that supports and extends our demand generation goals on various formats (e.g., emails, landing pages, blog posts, etc.)
  • Plan, deploy and measure our customer referral program
  • Event activation: Assist with the execution of plans for various industry events (e.g., trade shows and conferences). Analyze and report on event performance, including leads generated and qualitative feedback. 
  • Stay up-to-date with HubSpot features, industry trends and competitor content

Salary

$80000 USD per year

Required Skills

What you will be bring to the partnership:

  • 3-5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong focus on demand generation and top of funnel marketing
  • Proficient in HubSpot’s marketing software
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with trade show activation 
  • Impeccable attention to detail
