Job Summary

This position provides web-related customer service and reviews Franchise website content for accuracy. The Web Admin Specialist is responsible for coordinating Franchise e-mail addresses and other web marketing projects assigned by the Web Operations Manager. This position learns the Web processes to assist in providing training, resources, and communications to the Franchise System.

You will

  • Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the Franchise/customer experience.
  • Support the Franchise community via Web Services emails, phone support, and help desk support tickets.
  • Maintain a customer service log of all customer service transactions.
  • Review website content submitted by Franchisees in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and update the Content Review SOP document.
  • Coordinate email address set-up for new and resale franchises that meet the required format. Gives guidance and performs customer service related to email set-up and associated domains.
  • Learn web operation processes and follow the provided guidance/instruction.
  • Create content for training and video resources.
  • Support product rollouts with training and collateral development.
  • Develop presentations and training material in support of conventions, area meetings, and in-house training opportunities.
  • Create and organize a library of standardized responses to web-related inquiries and responses.
  • Complete web projects as assigned by the Web Operations Manager.

You have

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to read, write, and speak the English language to communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, in person, on the phone, and by written communications in a clear, straightforward, and professional manner.
  • Basic technical understanding and ability to pick up new tools quickly.
  • Creative, diplomatic, cool under pressure, and fantastic interpersonal skills.
  • Possess strong organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic and efficient team that can easily shift in a new direction.
  • 1-year of providing excellent customer service and general office experience preferred.
  • Possess a basic understanding of marketing and advertising fundamentals.
  • A basic understanding of digital marketing including search engines, search engine optimization (SEO) preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing /Business Administration field preferred degree or commensurate experience.

Working Conditions

  • Fast-paced, high-pressure office environment.
  • Standard working hours are based on a 40-hour workweek. Hybrid schedule - 3 days onsite.
  • Additional working hours are required as needed to complete testing assignments and projects on schedule.
  • Minimal travel as required for business needs.
