Position Overview

Looking for a part-time job that provides meaningful work and competitive compensation? Consider a position in a State Farm Agent's office.

  • Administrative, entry level position
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service examples would be answering and transferring calls, following up on claims, responding to inquiries, collecting payments, billing clarifications, answering customer questions and follow-up on requests, supporting licensed team members, and other administrative duties as assigned.
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Help our Agency grow through customer acquisition and retention.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and attendance.
  • Ability to be a part of a Team focused environment.
  • Willingness and ability to learn, and to follow directions of Team Leaders.
