Position Overview

Responsibilities
  • Administrative, entry level position
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service examples would be answering and transferring calls, following up on claims, responding to inquiries, collecting payments, billing clarifications, answering customer questions and follow-up on requests, supporting licensed team members, and other administrative duties as assigned.
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Help our Agency grow through customer acquisition and retention.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and attendance.
  • Ability to be a part of a Team focused environment.
  • Willingness and ability to learn, and to follow directions of Team Leaders.

Requirements
  • Complete 2 pre-employment assessments, about 15 minutes each.
  • Complete employment applications and pass a background check.
  • Participate in a virtual and in-person interview.
  • Demonstrate good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Be able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs.
  • Be proactive in problem-solving
  • Licensing not required for beginning employment but necessary for future needs of the agency.
