Day in the Life of a Customer Service Representative

*Deliver unbelievable customer experiences by converting incoming customer calls into booked service appointments for our field technicians

*Learn the call script in order to sound professional and authentic when speaking with our customers

*Take incoming calls, answer questions, and serve as a liaison and advocate for the customers to ensure complete 5-star satisfaction

*Communicate with customers and team members through email, text, and telephone in a timely manner

*Work closely with the Customer Service Manager to increase the results of the customer service team

*Participate in training so you grow and develop as a professional

*Any other duties needed to help drive our vision and fulfill our mission, while abiding by the JH core values

What We Need

*Self-starter, focused on goals and self-driven

*Work independently as well as part of a team

*Multi-task and work well under deadlines

*Excellent written, verbal communication, and organization skills with an attention to details

*Excellent active listening skills and ability to translate that into written format

*Must pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal and driving background checks

*Lift and/or carry 15 pounds

*Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
