W have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team inSaint Cloud, MN


  • Assess and diagnose communication disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement individualized speech and language therapy plans.
  • Work specifically with students who are nonverbal or have limited verbal skills, using communication devices as a primary mode of communication.
  • Collaborate with teachers, para-educators, and other professionals to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Provide training to staff and caregivers on the use and programming of communication devices.
  • Monitor and track student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed.
  • Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and provide input regarding students' communication needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
  • Stay current on the latest research and best practices in the field of speech-language pathology.


  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid SLP license in the state of Minnesota.
  • ASHA certification preferred.
  • Experience working with students who are nonverbal or have limited verbal skills.
  • Knowledge of communication devices and AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) systems.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • A passion for helping students reach their full communication potential.
