Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving inquiries or issues in a professional and timely manner. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.


  1. Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  2. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, conduct surveys, or provide relevant information.
  3. Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and promotions to customers.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or issues with empathy and patience.
  5. Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the database or CRM system.
  6. Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards for call handling, including average handle time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction.
  7. Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate information to customers.
  8. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance job knowledge and skills.


  1. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
  4. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  5. Proficiency in using computers and CRM software.
  6. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
  7. Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a passion for helping customers.
